Samsung Fridge Water Under the Crisper Drawers?

Oh Samsung fridges.....a very common call for us is the complaint of water under the crisper drawers coupled with fan or clunking noises in the fridge compartment and even a warm fridge compartment. This is a major design flaw in Samsung fridges and, in some cases, can be near impossible to repair. Samsung has come out with many ''fixes'' over the years for this problem, yet, in our experience, the ''fixes'' only work about 60-70 percent of the time.

The repair can also be expensive, usually around $300 or more, as work needs to be done not only in the fridge compartment but also in the machine compartment at the back of the fridge. Because this problem is the result of poor engineering, we do not offer any guarantees or warranties on any work done. This can be a gamble because, as stated above, the official Samsung ''fix'' doesn't always work. We typically do not recommend going through with the repair.
